Lobster caught off of St Martins, New Brunswick. Typically they are a dark brownish green until they are cooked, then turn red. On rare occasions, lobsters like this one are caught. The odds of finding blue lobsters are 1 in two million. Other unusual colors are red/yellow, calico, split colored, and white.
