After a few hours hearing this guy singing he decided to come a bit closer. I used an 8.0 aperture, 1600 ISO, 1/80 shutter speed and 484 focal length. I took this short in May of 2019 just when the bird migration was calming down. Prothonotary warblers is an specie that means a lot to me. They are beautiful little birds, happy singers and sadly not very popular in this area anymore. I did a quick research and I was surprised that in 2005, it was estimated that there were only between 28-34 individuals in Ontario. The latest information I could find was from 2017 and it said that was on 27 individuals left.
