    I was lucky to see this the other night. looked out my window and saw the purple/magenta clouds drifting by the moon as it was rising. It was beautiful! Nine hours from the time I took these was to be the Full Moon and supposed to rise again looking just as full last night. Well, to everyone's disappointment , it was pure clouds.
