The northern red-legged frog is found in the Pacific Northwest, in western Oregon, western Washington and western British Columbia, including Vancouver Island and Graham Island, Haida Gwaii. Althiugh there are many varying colours of this frog, it's the underside of the legs that define it as red-legged.
