I was coming out from behind a spruce tree to get a photo of this redtail hawk on another spruce when it came off its tree and flew almost directly over me at a low altitude. I couldn't have asked for more.

Thanks Jane. It was a young hawk, hasn't got its red tail yet, so it wasn't afraid to come straight towards me.
