An opalescent October evening sky reflects the many changes in nature that come about at this time of year. I'm just glad that I took the time to do a tour of the region yesterday evening because it's snowing here today..

Nice lighting on that sunset Heather. Strange that the fade orange ball is the sun because I would swear it is the white hilighted spot. An illusion.

Spectacular composition and mood. The word opalescent says it all, great sky. The silhouette of trees makes a beautiful foreground. Nicely captured Heather.
