I spent much of the day in Kananaskis Alberta where it was overcast most of the time. When the sun did come out I went to a spot where I knew there was a creek in the foreground and hoped that I would get some blue sky and sun on the nearby mountain.

Thanks Debra. I thought I needed to get low to the water to make the foreground work. I was pleased with the result (and pleased that I did not tumble in).
Beautiful landscape Bill. Perfect mixture of blue sky and clouds. The creek in the foreground gives the image added interest and texture, nicely planned and composed.
