My daughter and I had a three-lake day in Banff National Park topped of by an hour alone overlooking Peyto Lake. Public access had just been resumed with limits. The viewing platform, viewpoint and pedestrian trails to the viewpoint remain closed but the parking lot and access road are open. We stayed out of the closed areas and respected the barriers and were able to walk through the woods to get a great view.
