This mother duck spent time teaching little ducklings how to find food. Instead, the little ducklings thought why bother when mother is close by. It is much easier to take food from mother duck. I was able to capture this in a marsh when the sun was setting. I was against the sun and thought the darker silhouette created a beautiful image to tell the ducklings’ story.
