I took this a few days ago. I was taking advantage of the fairly mild winter weather and saw this while taking a break on a little beach. I’m assuming it’s the remains of a cervical vertebrae from a whale, but not totally sure haha

Great find Peter and I would assume it is a whale vertebra as well. Love your composition.
