This area of southwest Saskatchewan, near the town of Eastend, is known as 'The Valley of Hidden Secrets'. First Nations people, Metis settlers, Northwest Mounted Police and homesteaders all called this unexpected landscape of hills and curves, of skies and prairie their home. It's a place I love exploring with my trusty canine companion.
