I've been wanting to photograph an owl for quite some time, many walks in a variety of woodlands, and with much persistence, I got my shot ... Beautiful creatures, very majestic and so we'll adapted for their environment.

Terrific composition Jeff. Love it. The owl right on the green spot. Nice nice. To have an opportunity on those birds I should go walking in the forest instead of on the river banks. May be this summer I will.
