The male Osprey made his way back to the Borland Pit nest. After a long journey he is busy feeding on a fish. The female was on her nest calling to him. I imagine after he is fed and rested they will be busy getting busy. He was sitting on top of a hydro pole along the road so I was able to get a close up of him feeding.

Well done Debra. Always an interesting bird to watch and you have a nice clear image of this lad. Looking forward to more as the story of the pair unfolds.
