Four Orange-crowned Sparrows have been inhabiting my yard for a week now. This is one of them.

In close-up this is a very striking image Harold. This little guy really shines against the green textured grasses. The white-crowned and black throated sparrows nest in the bushes near my house each year and I enjoy watching them as they do their 'chicken scratching' around the yard. I've never seen an orange-crowned sparrow so this is especially nice to see. Great shot btw..
