Liking their habitat

These two male Mallard Ducks are enjoying their habitat, which has just recently started to green up. I had not realized that two White-Tailed Deer had been lying down on the trail just behind the ducks. As I walked up to the creek the Deer jumped up and took off out of sight. That would have been nice to catch their movement in this frame with the ducks.

Such a beautiful and serene spring moment. Great tones and reflections.. the mallards add that perfect touch.. great shot Debra!

I like the softness of this scene, Debra! Even without the thought of deer behind the ducks, the eye wants to look from the front through the background

Love that scenery Debra. The enlarge mode gives a nice soft lighting. Good contrast between the pale dead leafs and the green growing ones. It gives a nice reflection on the water.
