I was strangely compelled by the fact that shoreline was brighter than the sunset one evening along the Kennebecasis River @ Rothesay, New Brunswick. I had heard about "Blue Green Algae" in the news recently ,,,, but was not quite ready for the phosporic glow that I was now observing.
