I love the ruffled feather look on the adult eagle, it really gives him that majestic look, while junior studies the goings on with your camera intently. Lovely composition and details here Harold, you couldn't have found a better setting for this beautiful portrait.
Like very much the face off between the two. The evergreen all around make it an interesting perspective. I shot one juvenile in flight last week, Thought it was a golden eagle.
