A close encounter of the third kind

A smartphone macro image captures the swift moment of a tiny common red soldier beetle (measures only ~8mm - 10mm in length) taking flight. Focusing in macro photography is never an easy task, let alone shooting with a device that offers fairly limited control. However, with persistence and a bit of luck, such a technically challenging capture is still possible.
