This Blacktail Buck's antler was broken away when I came acrooss it near the end of June. On August 02, this photo was taken and is the last time I saw him. If he's still around I suspect his antler has dropped off by now.

That is quite a while to be carrying around an antler like that. He looks to be in pretty good shape given his situation. I hope you are right and it falls off sooner than later. Very nice composition and colours Harold. I like how you have eye contact with him.

That looks like it might be a bit of a distraction for this buck, hopefully the antler fell off shortly after. Not something we see every day and you got a very nice capture of him, Harold!

Nice shot Harold. Great colors. You caugh the guy in a pretty good attitude, kind of he has done someting wrong. He is toung. May be he doesn't know the limit of the antlers.
