Just had to take this shot as this White-tailed Doe was basking in the rays of the morning sunshine. The deer are becoming more active now as the rutt season begins here in Manitoba.

Lovely shot Debra. You always get a nice shot at those curious friends. The evergreen background with patch of black is just perfect to compliment the subject. Appreciate also the few white logs on the ground and, like said Heather, a little touch of red to say it is autumn.
