Dandelion is the only flower on earth that embodies the sun, moon and stars over its lifespan — its yellow flower resembles the sun, the puff ball resembles the moon and the dispersing seeds are the stars. As the first light shines upon morning dew clinging on the seed head, however ephemerally, the plant is transformed into an extraterrestrial being at close-up.
