Busted!!

I had been creeping along on my belly for a little over an hour trying to get into a decent position for a couple of shots...and then this one saw me. This was that very moment. This is one of a group of coyotes on top of what I think might have been their own kill. I didn't see the take down though so this pack may have just as likely come across the carcass by accident. They didn't seem to be overly alarmed at my presence so I felt they were comfortable with me where I was. I didn't want to risk changing their behaviour any further so I didn't approach any closer. They watched me watching them while they continued long enough that I cramped up and to leave for my own physical comfort....and lack of patience.
