    When you visit Carters Beach(even in February) you are down south - Nova Scotia that is but the blue water and powder soft, white sand could easily be mistaken for those found at the the beaches in what we more commonly think of as "down south" eg.Florida or the Caribbean. Now the water temperature, that's another thing.
