This Red-wing blackbird seemed very happy to let the wind blow him around on the dried bulrushes from last summer. He was serenading and calling-out to a female Red-wing nestled in a tree.

I love how you captured his feathers all fluffed up as he sings his song waving in the wind. Beautiful composition and detail here and very uplifting. It seems like we've waited a long time to get photos like this again.. very nicely done Debra.

Nice one Debra. The bird stands out very well over the pale background. Like the line effect of the bulrushes in the background. Not so easy but you have done a very good compo on that one.
