At the 1870 Balmoral Grist Mill, Tatamagouche, NS, you can still watch a variety of grains being milled. It is powered by a turbine. Flour and Scottish Oatmeal can be purchased, in cloth sacks just as they were originally sold. You can also take a hike and enjoy a picnic.
