Claude Cormier designed "the ring" a new landmark on Place Ville Marie in downtown Montreal. The ring was set aglow with a spectacular light and music show on a mid September night. Montrealers and tourists gathered by the hundreds for the show. I was there one hour before so I can be positioned at a vantage point, covering the whole perspective of the immense esplanade. Sony A7R IV, Sony FE 70-300mm, 1/50sec, f/5.6, ISO 3200.
