I took these pictures yesterday evening just before sunset. This is in the same spot that I had captured a few images of the buck in the morning. I am thinking that her mother has left her on her own to be with the Buck for a few days. She is very cautious and every little noise that she hears she is brought to attention and looking around for danger. Her mother has taught her well.

Wow Debra! what an amazing shot. The pose of the lady sure express some romantic with a touch of seduction in the eye. Must have been a very good lighting because colours are stupendous. Very good that you placed her in front of the white background line. And you succeded in detailinh so perfectly the delicate strms in front of her. Good for your wall of fame.

A beautiful view of her through the textured grasses looking so young, alone and vulnerable. This image really tugs at my heart strings because it expresses so eloquently the challenges that wildlife often face very early in their lives. A wonderful capture and narrative Debra.
