October 30th, 2022 was a day of opportunity for me, as the heavy fog that covered a vast amount of the province and area, an early 5:30am rise to hit the roads paid off tenfold. Located next to St. Clair River, Guthrie Park in Corunna, Ontario is not only an absolutely amazing birding hot spot (gulls, eagles, ducks, kingfishers, herons, etc) but sunsets, sunrises and Fog/steamy weather from the canal that flows out to the river - always provide exceptional opportunity. I set the camera and tripod up and began capturing a plethora of images and came out with a solid 6-8 stunning ones.
