This image was captured during sunrise at the ever popular Cape Bonavista, NL. Cape Bonavista is such a beautiful area and very popular with tourists and locals alike. It boasts a very beautiful Lighthouse which was constructed in 1843 and is now a Provincial Historic Site and also houses a museum. It is surrounded by a beautiful land/seascape which is home to a variety of sea birds, including the ever famous Atlantic Puffin. Also, during season, it can be a great place to view whales, icebergs, or a great place to take a walk.
