As photography is a hobby for me currently I of course have a full time job. My job however, takes me all over the country. This year currently I am working in Red Deer Alberta. As part of my travel routine I always take the time to explore my new surroundings. This Northern Flicker was spotted at the Gaetz Lake Bird Sanctuary and is a first for me for this species.
