I've rarely seen Cormorants perched this high up in a tree. They were very visible from the road as I was on my way to the Lake St-François National Wildlife Reserve in Dundee (QC). Stopped, made a safe U-turn and parked on the edge of the field and made my way on foot to about 20m from the tree. Sony A7R IV, Sony FE 200-600mm, f/7.1, 1/1000 sec, ISO 640.
