One of the great joys of living in Halifax is the seasonal delights provided to residents and visitors of the magnificent floral displays and gardens of the historical Halifax Public Gardens. It is one of the oldest true Victorian Gardens founded by the Halifax Historical Society in 1834. It is now a national historic site.
