It had been raining all day when we encountered a couple of white-tailed deer. The doe didn't seem to mind the rain or us at all, she went about her grazing while resting and watching her fawn. She was nestled down against the tall grasses and trees in Wasagaming Campground in Riding Mountain National Park.

I like that the doe is so relaxed. Proof you were not bothering her in any way. The way wildlife photography should be done. Nice job.

Great one Debra. A classical pose but I recognise your personal touch. The dark background with all those leaves pupping in the air make it for a very beautyful and joyful portrait of the lady.. Well done.

What a beautiful capture Debra. I can imagine how special a moment this must have been.. She looks especially beautiful surrounded by the autumn tones and textures and the pose she gave you conveys something very special about the mood of the moment.
