    On Nov 1st we had snow on the ground, I decided to grab my camera and head out and try and find some wildlife to photograph. This Barred Owl was perched among some snow filled branches which was nice but at first sight the branch above him was right across the top part of his head but as luck would have it moments later he coughed up a pellet and was still hunched down slightly below the branch and then looked straight out in my general direction allowing me to secure a few snaps of him or her.
