    This female Purple Finch was stretching to reach the mountain ash berries I put out for the birds. A nice mid-winter treat for them.

    I love this shot Jane, it is very special. From the angle you captured the bird at to the bundle of icy berries. Very pretty.

    The little bird is nice, but the red berries with ice topping is certainly an add-on. Well done Jane.
