I was photographing this smaller woodpecker, when out of nowhere, this Pileated Woodpecker flew right across from it on the same tree! I didn't know what type of woodpecker the smaller one was, until I got home and did some research, which turns out it was a Black-backed Woodpecker and they are rare in our area. So it was a really cool find!
