I made this photo on my lunch break at a small urban lake in October. Despite the bad rap, I find Canada Geese to be beautiful in and of themselves. In this image I particularly like the “pointillist” elements the autumn leaves and bokeh balls add to the image as well as the the goose’s “zen” pose. Image made at a local park, Stratford, Ontario, Canada.
