I saw a large raft of Merganser ducks so I went down to the river to see if they would come close enough for a picture. I was so intent on watching the ducks I didn't look around for other critters and birds like I usually do. Movement caught my eye as this beauty lifted off not far from me beside me. I wasn't the only one watching those Mergansers! :)
