The goslings seemed to be repeating the actions of the mother goose. The head would go up and they would look around then the head would skim just above the water and repeat.

I love how you caught the goslings copying their mother here in a variety of poses and with the ripples on the water. It's such a treat to be able to get shots like this and you got a lovely capture of this little family, Debra.

So nice that you present that moment in life with a good explanation. It is a fix photo but the V shape of the ripples gives a lot of motion to it. Very nice shot.
