Just managed to capture the little yellow warbler as he passed through the dead branches of the honeysuckle bush. It was a really gloomy day outside but I felt lucky to finally get this opportunity since they don't often slow down for photo ops when they're zooming across the yard.

You really did a fantastic job focusing on that cute little guy Heather. He stands out nicely against the background. You wouldn’t know that was a power pole…very nice dof. Sorry it took a few days to comment I have been away.

What a beautyful shot Heather. Like so much the colour mix of white sky, The pink tree and the yellow warbler. Yes, it's hard to have them freeze for a shot. So your photo is a nice reward.
