This Monarch chrysalis is about to become a butterfly. I can tell because the beautiful green colour is turning transparent, a sign of the coming change.

Terrific shot Jane and such an interesting life cycle. I will stay tuned for hopefully a shot of the butterfly emerging. Hope you witness it Jane. Nicely captured.
