On my whale watching trip, we passed Campobello Island ,N.B. with it's iconic light house. To go to the lighthouse, you have to wait until low tide, the only time it's accessible.

Terrific shot Jane. Lighthouses make for such interesting compositions. This shot even more so with the boat cruising by. Nicely captured.
Great pic of this famous lighthouse. I have heard so many stories on it.
I like very much the framing you did on that shot. The lighthouse stands out beautyfuly against the muted background and the red boat crossing the photo is a pretty nice add on.
