Coming across one owl is amazing, but two, is something truly special. I quickly snapped a few photos of this Short-eared owl before I continued on my way home. I am so lucky that there are owls here and are usually always around when I am on my way home. They are so much fun to watch as they glide through the air and dive into the snow. I always stay in my vehicle and park a safe distance away so I make as little impact on them as I can.
