    After a short walk in the forest I came in to the Massawipi river just in time to see that scene. The goose floating in the middle of the river was going downstream with the current. The duck family was going upstream, padeling close to the shore to avoid the current, (taken may 2024)

    I love the element of surprise you captured in this shot. The Canada goose alone made for a really delightful image but zooming in on the duck and her little ones really added a wow factor to this image. Very well done, Yves.

    Nice to see a spring image this time of year. Terrific that you were able to compose the cubs and Canada goos in the same image.
