Since moving to Vancouver Island I've had a strong interest in wolves. I refuse to do someone else's tours. I want to find my own. Took me 4 years to find my first wolf pack. II was able to get all sorts of images from hunting to other behaviours between mom and the pups. I spent 9 mornings with them. 2 years later I was out looking for a new would pack and came across more. Somewhere around 10 in this pack. This area was their permanent home. (Not just transiting through an area like the others) I spent 3 weeks with them collecting images and video. The process was 6 years of walking beaches, Checking salmon rivers for feeding activity. I was determined and I succeeded doing this goal all on my own. Full story coming soon to my blog
