Bison on the horizon

This shot was taken this past fall at Elk Island National Park in Alberta, Canada. Ive always explored the park looking for wildlife and these Bison just so happened to find me one day while on the traisl of Elk Island. I found myself a good tree to sit behind and just observed as they walked directly towards me as the tree I had chosen was inadvertently ended up being directly next to the trails. The intensity I observed as hundres of Bison marched passed me was nothing other than jaw dropping. These 2 were so very curious and did not let me out of their sites the entire time.
