On my way into the city, I saw a Northern Harrier flying low, I didn't stop then, and kept kicking myself that I didn't. Always go with your gut. Returning home, I looked over in the same area and it was there still. I pulled over and took some photos. The wind was really picking up and a storm moving in, made for an interesting effect for the photo.
