Just a little down stream of St. Andrew's Lock and Dam this pelican turned nicely to give me a side shot of the foam collecting along his body.

Agree with Heather about the side angle that present many sharp details of that magnificent bird. I am quite amazed by the beak that is so huge compare to the rest of the body. Hard to believe the guy in not unbalanced. Very well done Debra.

I like the angle on this shot as he glides through the foaming waters. Very well captured with an interesting view of this handsome bird.
