I spotted a Red-Winged Black Bird flying erratically, seemingly scolding a Great Blue Heron. As his attacks became more aggressive, the Heron began to show signs of irritation and eventually flew off. The presence of a nearby female suggests the blackbird was defending a hidden nest. Amazing to witness such bold fearlessness in a small bird.
