My region ( Estrie, QC. ) is situated in the Appalachian mountain range that goes down to Virginia USA. embeding the reknown Shenandoah river. They say million years ago these mountains were very big. They stop growing and were eroded by the weather. No peaks are big enough to have year long snow. So I live in a region full of beautyful slopes and valleys, rivers and lake. it has no wide flat plains and a poor rocky soils. Farming here is everyting but a good idea but we do it the best we can. However, it gives this capture an interesting look.

Beautiful rolling landscape here and the field in the foreground adds a special quality to the view, Yves. It's obviously a lovely region to live in with a very interesting history. Thank you for sharing, hopefully with more to come.
